Central location (Thamel) and it was quiet. Breakfast isn't outstnding but ok.
Room was not ready on the proposed chekin-in time. When we could enter the room it wasn't cleaned. Cleaning took 4 minutes... They then gave us another, bigger room instead. We paid 40$ which is far too much for Thamel. You get same rooms for 10-15$ in Thamel.

From skeptic to superfan
Breakfast options were varied, with freshly made omelettes and local dishes. Enjoying the beautiful rooftop with fine city views was a highlight!
I faced some inconveniences with the bathroom water pressure. Could've been better! Occasional noise from nearby traffic slightly disrupted my peaceful moments.

Magnificent and perfect location in Thamel district near centre of Thamel shopping streets, the biggest markets and historic downtown and tourist friendly shops and restaurants.

The garden in the back was a surprisingly fantastic spot, perfect for afternoons with family, playing cards, and enjoying a few drinks near the gas heaters they light up each evening. The quality of the bedding and the cleanliness of the rooms definitely stood out.
Outside noise from traffic and barking dogs was quite present, and the limited hot water availability was not ideal-waiting for 15 minutes wasn't the kind of luxury I expected. While there were some redeeming qualities, my experience was marred by those issues.

A Relaxing Haven in Kathmandu
The breakfast buffet had a great variety, including good local dishes, and the charming garden provided a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a drink. The rooftop views were amazing, with a beautiful perspective of the city. One minor downside was the slippery floors, so be cautious while walking around, especially if you have kids.
